The Full Story
About
A little about me: My name is Arlene but all of my friends call me Rosie. I became a licensed Esthetician in February of 2025 after I found out I had a rare form of skin cancer. I knew I wanted to do something with my life that I wasn't doing the same boring job every day. So I started looking into different career choices. Esthetics was it for me. The beauty industry is always changing and I loved that! I LOVE learning new things! So I applied to school and got in. I got my certificate to practice Esthetics from Entourage School of Beauty and Esthetics.

I opened my own Studio inside of Sola Salons on May 5th, 2025. I opened I'd Wax It because I wanted to be able to provide a place for the Queer community to feel welcomed, comfortable, and safe while getting waxed. I wanted to provide a space that Everyone feels Welcome no matter their gender identity. I'd Wax It is a judgement free zone! We don't do body shaming, self-hate, or negativity here.
My studio is a safe place for everyone! I am an Ally to the LGBTQIA+ community.

At I’d Wax It my mission is to make everyone feel welcomed and safe as soon as they step through the door. I pride myself in being an Ally in the LGBTQIA+ community, a member of the lifestyle community and a certified full-body waxer.
