Cancellation Policy

I’d Wax It requires a minimum 24-hour notice to cancel or change any appointment and a credit card to hold any appointment while booking. Once an appointment is booked – unless we hear otherwise – I’ll expect (and be excited for) you to be here. No-show and cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged half of the price of the booked service(s) price (plus tax if applicable) to the credit card with which they were held.

Truancy Policy

I’d Wax It’s Truancy Policy is if you are 15 minutes or more late to your appointment you will be charged 50% of the services scheduled and be asked to reschedule your appointment. The amount charged will not be applied to your next appointment. Both of our time is precious and important and should be respected.

***If I don’t have another appointment right after yours and can still fit you in I will do so but only if time will allow. A tarty fee of $15 will still be applied.***

Changes to Appointments Policy

Clients will be charged for ALL services scheduled at time of appointment. If Client would like to remove a scheduled service a 24-hour notice must be given. Exceptions will be made due to condition of the skin such as sunburns, open wounds/lesions, or medications.

If a client would like to add a service at the time of the appointment the service will be added ONLY if time allows and there is not another appointment already scheduled that an added service would interfere with.

Sexual Harassment Policy

I, Arlene Holland, Owner of I’d Wax It, am committed to providing a safe, professional, and harassment-free environment. Sexual harassment will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

Sexual harassment is defined as any behavior characterized by unwanted or inappropriate sexual remarks, gestures, or physical advances in a workplace or other professional setting.

If sexual harassment occurs during an appointment, I will immediately stop the service, ask you to leave the premises, and charge the full amount for the services scheduled. You will also be permanently dismissed as a client.

Sexual harassment toward me includes, but is not limited to:

Requests for sexual favors during an appointment
Requests for inappropriate removal of my clothing
Touching your genitals during the appointment
Sharing explicit or sexual stories
Sexual comments, jokes, gestures, or suggestions that make me uncomfortable
